Oh dear, that fountain is a mess. What am I going to? Grrr...

*slaps forehead*

What am I thinking!? I'm earth's balance guardian! I can do this easy!

*uses his elemental power over Water and clears the rubble, sediment, and other contaminants from the fountan; then uses telekinesis and restores the fountain itself to near-perfect condition*

There! It's not 100% brand new, but it'll work fine.

*remembers the water only comes in a few drops at a time*

Hmmmm...I'll fix that.

*speeds up the water intake to the fountain; in two hours, the fountain is filled with it's Hermes' Water; then slows it back down to prevent overflow*

Everything in working order!
